This distinction is important. Real estate brokerage in Türkiye requires a brokerage license. A Scout does not act as a broker; they only pass on information. Brokerage cannot be carried out without a license.

The fee for a referral depends on whether the lead results in a deal and on its quality, and is agreed in writing. We do not list any rates or amounts on this page; the terms are clarified in a meeting after you apply.

Do I need a brokerage license to become a Scout?
Since a Scout does not act as a broker, no brokerage license is required. However, a Scout cannot carry out transactions or represent anyone — this boundary cannot be crossed.
Can I send information without the property owner's knowledge?
No. The property owner must be notified and must consent to being contacted. We do not process any records received without consent.
What happens if someone else submits the same property?
We look at the date of the entry and the quality of its content. That is why it is important to make your referral as early and in as much detail as possible.
Can I track the status of the property I referred?
You will be notified whether the process has been concluded. The details of the discussions are confidential between the parties.
How many referrals can I make?
There is no limit. However, referrals that are unverified or lack the owner’s consent are not processed.
