- We do not provide ongoing maintenance, cleaning, renovation, or security services. Since we do not offer these services, we do not make any promises about them.
- We do not offer an opinion on the legal consequences of the power of attorney; a power of attorney is a legal act and falls within the remit of notaries and legal advisors.
- We cannot guarantee that your property will be sold within a specific time frame or for a specific price.
- We cannot settle maintenance fees or debts on your behalf; we only show you how to check them.

Can I sell my property without coming to Türkiye?
In practice, there are processes carried out through power of attorney. The scope and form of the power of attorney are legal matters; they should be determined in consultation with a notary and a legal advisor. We coordinate the process but do not offer opinions on the legal consequences.
How are keys and viewings handled?
Who holds the key, how viewings are recorded and how you are informed after each viewing are set out in writing from the start.
How will you report to me?
The number of viewings, feedback received and any offers are sent to you at intervals agreed in advance. You set the frequency.
How can I find out about maintenance fees or debts?
This can be checked with the site management, the municipality and the relevant institutions. We show you where to get each piece of information; payment and settlement are the job of the owner or their authorized representative.
My property has been vacant for a long time—will that make it harder to sell?
